There are certain values that are important to be observed as part of the PAMS methodology:

• Teachers must understand the rationale for every presentation so that they can best observe whether the child is meeting the desired objective of the lesson.

• The focus on PAMS is for teachers to learn about children, so that they can teach, present lessons, and understand the materials in the context of the needs of the child.

• PAMS has tremendous reverence and respect for the teacher and her important role in meeting the needs of each student.

• The environment must be beautiful so as to create tranquility.

• PAMS believes in sharing freely its research, methodology, materials, and curriculums so as to make the world a better place.

• PAMS explains the reason behind each material. All materials and methodology are based on research that is shared with the teachers so they can embrace it.
